Yes. Comprehensive venue scouting is an integral element of our Full Planning service. We evaluate locations based on your aesthetic vision, guest capacity, acoustic dynamics, curfews, catering logistics, and contract terms to ensure no unpleasant surprises arise later.

Yes. While many clients engage us for full-scale creative direction and management, we also offer standalone services such as Event Styling & Spatial Design, Supplier Coordination, and On-the-Day Event Management depending on your current planning stage.

Yes. We act as your central coordinator and advocate. We vet independent artisans (caterers, florists, lighting technicians, musicians, stationers), coordinate technical riders, align delivery schedules, and manage all on-site load-in logistics on the event day.

To begin, we only need your estimated date, approximate location or city, guest count scope, and event type. If you have an approximate budget range or early design thoughts, sharing them helps us prepare more tailored insights for our first discovery call.

Every proposal we prepare is bespoke. We do not use rigid, one-size-fits-all packages. Our service scope and fees are calibrated precisely to the scale, location, and complexity of your individual gathering.

We understand that unexpected circumstances occur. Our agreements clearly outline rescheduling terms, calendar availability windows, and transfer policies. In the event of a change, we collaborate actively with you and your vendors to find the best alternate date.

Yes. Our On-the-Day Stewardship service is designed for hosts who have planned their celebration but want professional, calm leadership on the day. We step in 6 weeks prior to the event, review contracts, finalize the master run-of-show, conduct rehearsals, and manage the event day from early morning setup to late evening wrap-up.
